Stress reliever?

by stressballguy on May 17, 2010

Now I am a patient of high stress aggrevated diseases. I have a viral infection in the mouth that comes when I’m stressed I have a cold and my acid reflux is getting worse, and I have another requirement of having to do with my stomach that gets worse when Im stressed. I do not know what to do. My husband is stressing me for not listening to me on a problem that lasted five months. I want to feel better, but how I can improve with all this stress is not a pill to help calm.

Well, take a day for yourself. Go to the spa if you can….if you can’t take a long long long bath. If your husband is not listening, then just don’t tell him. It will only stress you out more that he is being inconsiderate. You can go to the doctor and they might be able to help you with some of your problems, it isn’t healthy to be stressed out so much. I hope you feel better

Your doctor needs to recommend a plan and perhaps a counselor or pastor can listen to you about your stresses and offer ways to deal with them.
Your husband needs to know how important it is that he is a good listener. Women need to verbalize and it is a loving act for her man simply to listen.
